This book is a facsimile reprint of  the first Pocket Book published by the Birmingham Locomotive Club in 1947, two years before that club formed its Industrial Locomotive Information Section.  The book is reproduced at A5 size for greater clarity.  It contains 44 pages and 8 black and white photographs. The book covers the counties of Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Staffordshire as they were then constituted and thus includes all of Birmingham and Coventry.
