Amendment lists for 18EL are available free to Industrial Railway Society members. However, if you are only interested in EL and not the wider benefits of IRS membership and you have a copy of 18EL for which you would like all the amendments issued between July 2019 and May 2024 this will give you the cumulative PDF (203 A4 pages). As a bonus you also receive the 12″ gauge 18EL supplement issued in November 2022.
